“Poetry and the Syntax of Cinema” by Curtis Derrick at Pat Conroy Literary Center. 

The event is a membership drive, so if you know a poet or poetry lover, please bring them along.  It is a free workshop and we’d also like to attract highschool / college student writers.

Donations are very welcome.  (Our standard workshop fee is $10 for members and $15 for visitors. )
The first of our Regional Workshops. This will be an in-person event. This special free workshop held at Pat Conroy Literary Center introduces the PSSC specifically to Lowcountry’s poets and poetry lovers. We will be able to plan events regularly once we have a good membership base in the area.
